About this nanny job

We’re a warm, happy family with a sweet 5-month-old boy looking for an early morning caregiver on weekends so we can get a little extra rest. The role has two modes: Early morning: • Arrive quietly, take over baby care independently • Bottle feed, play and help to sleep • Tidy nursery, wash bottles, restock diapers, etc Later morning (only when baby is sleeping or with us): Shift into mother’s helper mode: • Kitchen cleanup, dishes, counters, laundry • Tidy kids toys and living areas, put away groceries • Occasionally we might ask you to play with our 5-year old instead of cleaning. We're looking for someone who can be fluid and do what needs to be done! You’re a great fit if you: • Have solid hands-on infant experience • Can arrive without waking the household • Are flexible — we are too • Have verifiable references from infant families • Speak on of the following languages: Russian, Farsi, Mandarin or Spanish • Live in SF or the Peninsula (sorry Marin and East Bay folks, it's the unexpected bridge traffic) Potential to roll into a longer term role with later start time as baby sleeps later. We are also looking for someone Wednesday and Saturday evenings as well as Sunday mornings. We always pay your scheduled time and overtime if you work extra. Thanks!
