About this nanny job

​We are looking for a reliable, mature, and permanent nanny to care for our four kids (ages 11, 6, 5, and 2) here in Denton County. This is a long-term position, and we really need an established professional who wants a steady, multi-year commitment to grow with our family. We are specifically looking to avoid short-term applicants or college student schedules that change every semester. Routine, predictability, and structure are absolutely huge for our kids' daily development, so we need someone who treats caregiving as their actual career and wants a secure, long-term home base. ​The Schedule: ​Monday through Friday (3:00 PM – 7:00 PM): After-school care for all four kids. You will need to pick them all up from school, bring them home, let them play outside, make/serve them dinner, and help get them through their evening bath routines. ​Friday & Saturday Evenings: Extended weekend evening care for all four kids. This weekend block is exactly 23 hours total. ​What we need from you: ​Give the kids a safe, calm, and predictable environment. Keeping a strict routine is incredibly important to us. ​Handle school pickups and driving the kids safely. You must have your own reliable car with enough room for the kids, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. ​Keep things structured and organized during the busy afternoon rush (pickups, dinner, and baths). ​Have a patient, calm demeanor and true experience managing multiple kids at the same time. ​Pay & Paperwork: ​The Rate: Flat $23.00 an hour for all 43 hours worked every week. ​The Payout: This comes out to $989.00 a week (over $4,200 a month guaranteed). ​How it works: This position is securely funded through a mix of regional childcare assistance and a specialized family care program. Because the payments come directly through state-backed direct deposit, you must be willing to fill out the standard provider onboarding packet and pass a background check and fingerprinting so the state can list you as our provider. ​If you are a seasoned caregiver looking for a highly secure, well-paying job with guaranteed hours, please message me with your experience and confirmation that you are looking for a long-term commitment.
