About this nanny job

Hey SoCal! My partner and I are from SF, living in Redlands for a couple months while she attends a credentialing program over the summer. We're looking for daytime support for our daughter Muriel, ideally 8a-4p with flexibility, 4-5 days a week. You have strong experience working with babies under the age of 1. Any prior training with Montessori is a plus but not required. Muriel is a happy baby, a willing sleeper, and self-directed in her playtime. You will be her guide, introducing her to new things and helping her stay safe; she does not need to be heavily stimulated or wrangled. She's currently naps twice a day; expect about half of your time with her will be when she is sleeping. We don't have strict rules about wake/sleep times and are generally able to follow her cues. I will be working from home on most days; the house we're renting has great indoor and outdoor space in a private community that includes a swimming pool. We are new to Redlands and appreciate there may be traffic sensitivity around the area, depending on where you are coming from. Thank you for considering this gig and being willing to travel.
