About this nanny job
We’re looking for a kind, responsible sitter/nanny to help with our 4-month-old baby girl. She’s a pretty happy baby and sleeps a lot, but we don’t have family nearby, so we’d love to find someone who is comfortable with infants and can give us some extra support at home. The main responsibilities would be caring for her when she’s awake or needs something — feeding, diaper changes, tummy time, the occasional bath, soothing, and generally keeping an eye on her. She loves songs and trying to sing back currently, so we’d love someone who enjoys engaging with babies and supporting her development over the next couple of months. We also have a friendly golden retriever at home, so you’d need to be comfortable around dogs. He doesn’t need much care, but he’ll be around and loves people. When the baby is sleeping, we’d really appreciate light household help related to keeping things running smoothly, such as washing bottles, preparing formula, vacuuming, and other small baby- or home-related tasks. We’re looking for someone dependable, gentle, and experienced with babies, who would enjoy helping out with a sweet little baby. Street parking during the day and during the week is usually pretty easy. We are also on a bus route. We’re looking for childcare help starting in June, ideally a couple of times a week. The days and times can be flexible, for example Tuesdays and Thursdays for about 5 hours each day. Our main need is in July. We are looking for someone available July 6–31 on: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please reach out if you’re interested and available.Nanny job details
