About this nanny job

We are seeking a dependable, professional, and attentive nanny to care for our infant in a safe, nurturing, and engaging home environment. Our baby is currently 3 months old and will be approximately 5 months old at the start date. The ideal candidate has experience caring for infants and a background in early childhood education or infant development. Both parents work from home, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable working collaboratively with parents while independently managing the baby’s daily care and routines. Responsibilities: Provide attentive, loving, and developmentally appropriate care for our infant Support and maintain feeding, nap, and play schedules Handle bottle feeding with expressed breast milk; baby is exclusively breastfed Engage in age-appropriate developmental activities, tummy time, sensory play, reading, and interaction Monitor milestones and support healthy infant development Change diapers, assist with hygiene, and maintain a clean and organized nursery/play area Wash bottles and baby-related items as needed Communicate regularly with parents regarding the baby’s mood, feeding, naps, and daily activities Maintain a calm, safe, and nurturing environment at all times Qualifications: Previous infant nanny experience required Early childhood education background or related experience strongly preferred Experience caring for infants under 1 year old CPR and First Aid certification preferred Strong understanding of infant safety, sleep, and developmental needs Dependable, punctual, professional, and attentive Comfortable working in a home where parents are present and working remotely Non-smoker preferred Background check and strong references required Schedule Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone warm, calm, reliable, and engaging who genuinely enjoys caring for infants and supporting early childhood development.
