About this nanny job

Hello! We are looking for a new babysitter for the 2026-2027 school year. Our 11 year old girl is largely independent, while our 8/9 year old girl needs help daily. Most days she can be picked up from the school aftercare at 3:15, but there are some days that pickup must be 2:45 — or even half days that are a 12:45 pick up. She needs homework help, and to be dropped off/ picked up at dance classes. All of these locations are less than 5 blocks from our apartment. She also needs help with zoom lessons and keeping up with assignments on her Chromebook. Our older child needs food prepared and to be picked up from dance as well. The job includes making dinner for children (light prep), making lunches, washing lunch boxes and any dishes from dinner, running/emptying the dishwasher, preparing snacks, and facilitating bathing. We need some flexibility in the evening with the end time, and may ask you to stay to help with bedtime. Tidying and laundry folding would be much appreciated! It is essential for you to be on time and good at managing the children’s time.
