Looking for a Daycare / Household Assistant in Mountain View Kinderhaus Daycare is looking for a warm, reliable, and hands-on assistant to support our small German-English home daycare in Mountain View. We are located in a beautiful townhouse with a backyard, close to a park, and provide a loving, calm, family-like environment for young children. Our group currently has 5 children and may grow up to 12 children over time. We are looking for support with cooking, light cleaning, children’s laundry, preparing nap beds, setting up the play environment, feeding children, grocery shopping, and helping with the children when needed. This position is a mix of household support and childcare support, so we are looking for someone who is proactive, kind, organized, reliable, and comfortable working around young children. Hours: 20 hours per week to start Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–1:30 PM Possibility to increase hours over time Pay: $23/hour to start, with the possibility of future increases as the daycare grows and more children enroll.
