About this nanny job

Hi there. We are looking for care that will be permanent on a part time basis. I am an events manager at Sunridge Golf and Recreations and need care mostly on weekends so I can be at events for the full day. We mostly do weddings and I absolutely need to have a sitter who can be there whenever it is previously planned. To share a little bit about my family and our needs, first up, my son just turned 4yo and is very loving, is interested in building, vehicles, and is obsessed with titanic documentaries! He is semi potty trained and needs regular reminders to take a break from what he is doing and sit on his training potty. My daughter is almost 6yo and is very into anything scientific or animal related. She is also very sweet and needs extra loving sometimes. She also loves anything to do with water play. They are both great eaters and have good manners. My husband is the general manager at Sunridge golf and recreations and will often work the events that I work as well. We have a very good bedtime routine and if you stick to it they will fall asleep and once they are asleep will stay asleep for the most part my son does wake up for milk still but will go right back to sleep if you give him his milk cup and lay there until he is done drinking milk. I would like to have an interview in person before hand and also a test run for sitting where I can be her observe and teach you the tricks and routines that we have with the kids already. We are willing to also trade golf if you are a golfer for services as a top and if you do a good job will even be willing to tip in cash for services. My kids are my whole world and I have never used an outside source or daycare before. I am looking for someone who is patient and loving but also active as my kids have lots of energy and need to have regular out doors time and educational activities through out the day.
