Looking for a nanny for our youngest little baby girl. Primary responsibility will be caring for our 3 month old throughout the day in a safe, loving, and engaging environment. Duties include preparing and giving bottles, burping, diaper changes, following nap schedules and wake windows, soothing baby, tummy time, reading, singing, stroller walks, and age-appropriate developmental play. We are looking for someone attentive, patient, nurturing, and experienced with infants who can recognize baby’s cues and communicate openly with us about feeding, naps, mood, and any concerns. Safe sleep practices are very important to us, including always placing baby on their back in a clear crib or bassinet. Light baby-related household tasks are expected, such as washing bottles and pump parts, tidying baby areas, baby laundry if needed, and helping keep nursery supplies organized and stocked. Occasionally there may be brief interaction with our older children (ages 5 and 3), but the primary focus will remain on the baby, especially during school hours. We value someone who feels like part of the family, maintains a calm and respectful environment, and enjoys spending quality time with young children.
