About this nanny job

Hello We are seeking someone for mother’s helper tasks in addition to backup care on occasion. Work would be as needed in the summer and could move into something more guaranteed in August (part time). We are in need of some backup caregivers with flexible schedules who would be interested to be on call for when one of our kids is sick and needs to be home from school. It has not happened fortunately that both have been sick at the same time. If they are very ill of course we stay home, this is after any serious symptoms when they are recovering but may still need to be home, or have a mild illness like a cold. We have safety items like masks and cleaning supplies available, and open to discussing payment to include hazard pay. We will always be upfront and honest about their symptoms and any relevant information. Generally my husband will be working from home on these occasions. We are easy going, good communicators and value honesty, trustworthiness and caring/gentle nature with the kids. We have a cat. We look forward to speaking with you soon!
