Spanish-Speaking Play Companion for 22-Month-Old on Upper East Side We're looking for a fluent Spanish-speaking student, babysitter, or caregiver who would enjoy spending time with our shy, but curious toddler son. Our goal is Spanish language immersion through play and everyday interaction. We'd love to find someone warm, engaging, and comfortable reading books, singing songs, playing with toys, going for walks, and simply chatting with him entirely in Spanish. This is not a traditional babysitting position. Either I or our nanny will always be home, so the focus is on language exposure, connection, and play rather than sole-charge childcare. That said, there may be opportunities for additional babysitting hours in the future if it's a good fit. Schedule * 1-2 hours per visit * 2-4 days per week * Located on the Upper East Side Preferred availability: * Monday-Friday after 3:30 PM * Or Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday around 9:00 AM * One 23lb dog in the home, so comfort around dogs is important If interested, please send a brief note about yourself, your experience with children, your Spanish fluency, and your availability.
