About this nanny job

We're looking for a caring, responsible, and engaging sitter for our two children (ages 7 and 10). They are independent, articulate, creative kids who thrive with someone who enjoys interactive play, conversation, crafts, games, and supporting their interests. Our family values respect, child autonomy, and age-appropriate independence. We're seeking someone who can provide a safe, positive environment while helping with snacks and simple meal preparation. Our home is always well-stocked with food and supplies. We need regular coverage on Sundays from approximately 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional Wednesdays (9:30 AM to 4:00 PM) and the occasional Saturday as needed. We also have a very sweet, friendly dog, so comfort around pets is important. We're hoping to find someone dependable, communicative, playful, and kind who can become a trusted part of our family's routine. Single mom seeking reliable care on a budget. I typically pay around $17/hour or less. Sitters consistently describe my kids as easygoing, independent, respectful, and fun to be around.
