About this nanny job

Looking for a patient, kind, experienced part-time nanny for our 2-month-old baby boy in San Jose 95122, starting mid-June 2026. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9 AM–1 PM (20 hrs/wk). Pay: $30–$35/hr DOE, biweekly W-2 direct deposit, workers' comp included. A typical half-day: pre-prepped bottle on a ~3-hr schedule, tummy time, songs, reading, Lovevery play, nap. Required: current Infant CPR & First Aid, 1+ year hands-on experience with infants under 6 months, non-smoker, vaccinated (Tdap & flu), legal US work authorization. Strong preference: ECE / Nursing / RIE / Montessori background. Privacy is non-negotiable: no social media posts about our baby or home. Baby-only scope (bottles, nursery, baby laundry — no adult cooking/errands/housekeeping). Nursery and living-room cameras (shown day one). Hoping for 1+ year together.
