Warm & Reliable Nanny Needed for Growing Gilbert Family! Location: Gilbert (Val Vista & Williams Field area) Pay: $22+/hour (depending on experience) Schedule: Guaranteed 30 hours/week (Likely closer to 40 hours as we finalize logistics). Typical Start Time: 6:30 AM – 7:00 AM Mon - Wed: Minimum 9 hours/day Thurs - Fri: Minimum 3 hours/day About Us We are a busy professional family looking for a caring, proactive, and reliable nanny to become an integral part of our household! We currently have an active 3-year-old son who attends full-time daycare, and we are eagerly expecting a new baby. Mom works from home and loves to pop in to help during work breaks. We are looking for a true team player who wants to grow with us long-term. Core Responsibilities Infant Care: All the basics for our newest arrival, including diapering, bottle feeding (when Mom isn’t available to nurse), bathing, settling for naps, going for neighborhood walks, and engaging in age-appropriate play. Toddler Support: Helping with our 3-year-old’s daily routine, including driving him to and from daycare, and prepping healthy, clean-ingredient lunches and snacks for his school day. Light Housekeeping: Helping us keep the home running smoothly by tackling baby/toddler laundry, washing bottles, tidying up the playroom, and loading/unloading the dishwasher. Bonus Points (Preferred but not required!) Occasional care for our toddler during school holidays, sick days, or for 1-2 hours after school pickup as needed. Willingness to help with light house management tasks while you are already out and about (e.g., picking up pre-ordered groceries or dropping off library books on the way home from school). Bilingual is a huge plus!
