Part-Time Summer Toddler Caregiver / Mother’s Helper (June–August) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–11:30 AM Pay: $25/hour We are seeking a warm, energetic, and engaging caregiver for our 2-year-old son this summer (June–August). Our ideal candidate enjoys spending time with toddlers and is proactive about creating fun, developmentally appropriate activities that encourage learning, creativity, language development, and active play. We are looking for someone who will actively engage with our son throughout the morning rather than simply supervise him. Responsibilities: * Plan and participate in age-appropriate activities, games, crafts, reading, and outdoor play * Encourage language, social, and developmental skills through play-based learning * Prepare and serve simple snacks and meals * Assist with cleanup of child-related activities and meal areas * Keep our son engaged, active, and having fun throughout the morning * Maintain a safe, positive, and nurturing environment About Our Family: Mom is currently pregnant with twins and will be home during shifts but has limited mobility due to pregnancy. We are looking for someone who can take the lead in keeping our toddler engaged and active during the morning hours. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience caring for toddlers (ages 1–3) * Candidates with coursework or experience in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Education, or a related field are encouraged to apply * Creative, dependable, patient, and energetic * CPR/First Aid certification preferred We look forward to connecting with someone who enjoys working with toddlers and helping them learn, explore, and have fun through play.
