About this nanny job

We are looking for a routine baby sitter. We have a 2.5yr old daughter and want someone who can supervise her during play time, with crafts or other development activities both inside and outside and would like help with her potty training. She's very easy to care for surprisingly lol. During most of the shift the dad would be home as well either working on house projects or working in his office so he would be available if needed. Some people are against working at a home with a WFH parent there but we are very chill people and are not looking to get as much as we can out of you, talk to us and that'll become apparent quickly I promise. Looking for 2 4hour shifts a week with pay being negotiable if we start regularly asking help with chores and/or other responsibilities (if you're ok it as well). Preferably 9-1 and flexible on which days between mon-fri work best for you although there will be sometimes when I might need specific days which I would ask and coordinate with you.
