About this nanny job

We are seeking a reliable, warm, and proactive caregiver starting in mid-July. This is a full-tie role Schedule: • Monday–Thursday: 2:00–8:30 PM • Friday: 2:00–6:00 PM Responsibilities include: • Meet our 9-year-old at the school bus and provide after-school care • Serve snacks, assist with homework and reading, and engage in play or outdoor activities (e.g., playground visits) • Prepare dinner for the kids • Occasionally pick up her twin sister from camp/school in the neighborhood at 5:30 PM • Support homework and evening routines for both children • Assist with shower routines, including helping with hair washing • Perform light household tasks: children’s laundry, tidying play areas, loading dishwasher • Plan simple weekly meal plans and create shopping lists Location: South Slope, Brooklyn (convenient to F/G and R trains) Preferred qualifications: • Experience working with twins or neurodiverse children is a plus • We are looking for someone dependable, organized, and engaged who can help create a supportive and structured after-school environment.
