About this nanny job

My daughter is 1.5 and is very active. She loves going to the park, library, playing in the yard, etc. We live in the Berkeley hills, so going to parks/libraries does require a bit of driving. My son is 5 years old and is also super energetic. He loves to bike ride, experiment outside, draw, and climb. He is in school around 8:30-4pm and has school until the end of July. We will likely need help on varying days and hours. My schedule is flexible and changes each week because I work as a per diem labor and delivery nurse on either the day shift or evening shift. Due to this, my weekly schedule is super variable. We will likely need childcare primarily for the younger of the two- and it would likely be ~20 hours per week starting the week of June 29th going through mid-August. Some days may be 1:30pm-6:30pm when I work the eve shift (after 6:30 my husband can take over), and when I work the day shift it would be roughly 7:45-4:45pm. I work 2-3 days per week. After mid-August both kids will be back in school, but we would continue to love a sitter for weekend date nights, etc.
