About this nanny job

We are first time parents of a baby girl (who will be 4 months in July) seeking a caring, reliable nanny to provide care from 8am-2pm Monday - Friday. I work from home full time and my husband works from home part time, so we will be around but mostly stay out of the way. Responsibilities include: * Providing attentive, nurturing care for our baby throughout the day * Supporting and implementing gentle daytime sleep routines and sleep training practices * Preparing and managing bottle feedings * Introduction to solid foods after 6months * Engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities (tummy time, sensory play, reading, etc.) * Taking the baby on regular outdoor walks, weather permitting * Maintaining a clean and organized baby environment (bottles, baby laundry, play area, etc.) Qualifications: * Prior experience caring for infants (especially under 6 months) * Current Infant CPR and First Aid certification (required) * Knowledge of infant development and sleep practices * Patient, dependable and communicative * Comfortable working in a home with parents present
