We are seeking a reliable, caring, and experienced nanny to provide full-time, in-home care for our 8-month-old baby Monday through Friday during standard work hours (approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Both parents work from home. Dad works remotely full-time and is frequently in meetings throughout the day. Mom works from home two days per week and is in the office the remaining days. While parents will be present in the home at times, we are looking for someone who can independently manage our baby’s daily care and routine. Responsibilities * Feeding/Preparing bottles and solids * Diaper changes and maintaining hygiene * Engaging in play and developmental activities * Reading, singing, and encouraging learning through interaction * Following nap schedules and soothing as needed * Washing bottles and cleaning up after meals and activities * Maintaining a safe and nurturing environment * Providing updates on feeding, naps, and daily activities Ideal Candidate * Has experience caring for infants * CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain certification) * Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy * Comfortable working in a home where parents may be present * Patient, attentive, and genuinely enjoys caring for children * Non-smoker Additional Information Care will take place in our home. We have indoor cameras in common areas for safety and security, particularly in the event that both parents need to step out during the workday. Our goal is to find someone who will become a trusted and valued part of our baby’s daily routine.
