About this nanny job

We are looking for a care giver for our 2 adopted nieces, ages 11 and 9. The father works out of town throughout the week and occasionally months at a time. Mother works part time as a consultant but for 6 months out of the next year will be working extended hours on a big project( 6 days a week roughly 13 hours a day.) Kids will need to be put on and off the school bus, homework, dinner provided during week and cared for one weekend day and on school holidays. Our home is a pet friendly, 4 bedroom home for the family with a detached garage/ apartment for care giver, roughly 500 square feet with own kitchen, bath and Laundry. High speed internet on a quiet country setting. Mother is has a non profit wildlife rescue and transport. Often getting calls to rescue animals all times of day, when not working extended hours, Mother needs flexibility to leave and rescue animals, do community events ect. This position would be ideally a year long at minimum.
