Part-Time Family Assistant / After-School Caregiver We are seeking a warm, reliable, and proactive caregiver to join our family beginning in September 2026. We have two wonderful daughters, ages 5 and 7, and are looking for someone who can help manage the afternoon and early evening routine during the school year. Core Responsibilities: * School pick-up * Driving/accompanying children to after-school activities * Supervising homework and playtime * Preparing and serving dinner for the children * Bath time and evening routine * Keeping children’s spaces tidy and organized Schedule: At minimum, the position will be Monday–Friday, approximately 3:00 PM–6:15 PM. Additional hours are available for the right candidate. We would love to find someone interested in taking on a broader Family Assistant role, which could include: * Children’s laundry * Grocery shopping and miscellaneous errands * Meal prep or light cooking * Household organization projects * Occasional dog walking for our small, friendly puppy * Other family support tasks as needed An additional bonus would be availability to stay later one evening per week (approximately until 8:30/9:00 PM) to allow for an occasional date night. About You: * Experienced with elementary-aged children * Responsible, dependable, and punctual * Organized and self-motivated * Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and helping a busy household run smoothly * Dog-friendly * Perk if you can drive, though not a must * Looking for a long-term position with a kind and appreciative family We are beginning our search now and hope to identify the right person in the coming weeks, although the position will not begin until after Labor Day.
