About this nanny job

We're looking for a caring nanny to provide in-home care for our 12-month-old daughter. Details: Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 12:00 PM start. End time flexible, typically no later than 6:30 PM (often earlier depending on my schedule). Pay: $1,000 per month, paid weekly or bi-weekly (your choice). Duties: Watch and engage our daughter while I’m in meetings or unavailable. Strictly childcare — no cleaning or housework required. I work from home and want to stay actively involved in her development, so we prefer an in-home nanny over daycare. My partner and I start work later in the day. We’re a very relaxed family with a “mi casa es su casa” vibe and minimal rules. We’re seeking a warm, patient partner to keep our little one safe and entertained. We know $1,000/month isn’t top pay, but it’s much less than daycare (which costs us over $1k/month). Hoping to find the right fit who values a low-pressure, flexible home environment.
