Our family is looking for a loving, reliable, and proactive nanny to care for our 3-month-old infant starting in mid-June 2026. We are located in Ashburn, VA, and are looking for part-time, consistent weekday coverage (Monday through Friday, 20 hours per week). We are seeking a caregiver who truly enjoys infant care and feels highly confident managing a young baby's schedule, including wake windows, feedings, and naps. Safety, reliability, and attentiveness are our top priorities. Our ideal nanny is proactive, takes initiative to support our son's developmental milestones, and genuinely loves engaging in age-appropriate play and tummy time. Our home is a clean, strictly smoke-free, and pet-free environment. Daily responsibilities include full infant care, managing daily routines, preparing and washing/sanitizing bottles, and tidying up baby-related items or play areas. No general or heavy household cleaning is expected. Requirements for the position include verifiable experience with newborns and infants, an active CPR/First Aid certification, up-to-date vaccinations, and being a strict non-smoker. You must also have your own reliable personal transportation to commute to our home, though no driving or transporting the baby is required.
