About this nanny job

We are looking for someone with prior nanny experience, excellent references, and a genuine love for working with young children. Our previous nanny was also an educator and incorporated both Waldorf and Montessori-inspired approaches into daily care, so we would love to find someone with a similar mindset who values creativity, outdoor play, independence, and gentle guidance. The role would include: • Caring for our toddler and infant • Light meal prep/snacks for the children • Engaging, age-appropriate activities • Maintaining a calm, nurturing environment We are looking for roughly 30 hours per week, with schedule details to be discussed further.
