Seeking a reliable, responsible caregiver for three wonderful kids starting as soon as possible and continuing through the summer, with the potential for ongoing work beyond that. The position will work around a 50/50 custody schedule and will primarily involve coverage on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and every other Monday. Hours will vary but will generally include a few hours in the mornings and afternoons each week. Responsibilities include: School, camp, and activity pick-ups and drop-offs Preparing lunches and simple snacks/meals Supervising and spending time with the kids after school or camp Helping keep the kids on schedule until I return home from work The children are fun, active, and increasingly independent, so this role is less about constant hands-on childcare and more about providing dependable support, transportation, and supervision. Ideal candidates will have: A valid driver's license and safe driving record Experience working with school-aged children Strong communication and reliability Competitive pay based on experience.
