Full-Time Mother’s Helper / Family Assistant Nob Hill, San Francisco $30–35/hr DOE | 40 Guaranteed Hours | Long-Term Position We are a warm, busy family in Nob Hill expecting our third child this August and looking for a reliable, proactive Mother’s Helper / Family Assistant to join us long-term. We have a toddler (2.5 years), a baby (10 months), and a newborn arriving this summer. Mom is home full-time, so this is a collaborative, team-oriented role rather than a sole-charge nanny position. We are looking for someone who enjoys working alongside a parent to help keep family life running smoothly. What You’ll Do * Assist with newborn and infant care * Play, read, and engage with the children * Help with feeding, naps, diaper changes, and daily routines * Accompany mom and children to local classes, parks, and activities * Prepare simple meals and snacks for the children * Wash bottles, dishes, and children’s meal items * Fold and put away laundry * Keep play areas, children’s rooms, and common spaces tidy * Organize toys, clothing, and baby supplies * Help prepare for outings and errands We’re Looking For Someone Who Is * Experienced with infants and young children * Warm, patient, and dependable * Comfortable working closely with a hands-on parent * Proactive and willing to jump in where needed * Organized and detail-oriented * Looking for a long-term position (1+ year preferred) Schedule & Benefits * 40 guaranteed hours per week * Monday–Friday daytime schedule * $30–35/hour depending on experience * 10 paid holidays * 10 days paid time off If you love working with young children, enjoy being part of a team, and are looking for a stable long-term position with a kind family, we’d love to hear from you.
