About this nanny job

We are mainly wanting someone to watch the kiddos for date nights once or twice a week (a few hours at a time) to even just being there to help with the kids while one of us is home to allow us to work on things around the house. Overnight occasionally would be great but not a deal breaker. We have three kids who are usually pretty well behaved and one dog.
