Hours fluctuate every week. Typically fall somewhere between 8-5pm. There is a level of flexibility we offer and also need. This is an opportunity for someone who wants free time during the week days and doesn't mind a varying schedule week to week. Occasional weekend and date nights will be included in the weekly minimum hours and at the same hourly rate. A minimum number of paid hours will be discussed and agreed upon prior to any employment being finalized. That way you know you are guaranteed pay within the flexible schedule. We don't want there to be a misunderstanding that flexible hours means flexible pay. You will receive the minimum pay/hours and occasionally more when required. We work from home. Our son is fun, loving and very smart. He needs a creative thinker who can create and teach him about how things work and an OUTDOORS PERSON who has no issues getting messy and having a good time :). As parents, we would love to have a calm, steady, and creative person taking care of our child. We also want someone who can keep up with him mentally. As of now (and we know this could change) he is very advanced for his age and we hope someone can meet him where his is at and also challenge him to excel in an enjoyable way. There are a few child related household tasks we would appreciate help with that can be discussed. If you are comfortable with cooking lunch during nap time, that would be fantastic, but it is not a requirement.Nanny job details
