Nanny Job Description - Long Term, Full Time position 📍 Location: Santa Clara, CA 95050 👶 Child: 5/6 month old daughter (Ayat) 🗓️ Start Date: Ideally July, but open to sooner ⏰ Schedule: 40 hours per week (8am to 4pm) ⸻ About the Role We’re looking for someone truly special to care for our daughter. Someone warm, patient, and nurturing who will treat our baby with the same love and attentiveness we do. We’re hoping to find someone who feels confident caring for an infant independently while maintaining a peaceful, supportive routine throughout the day. I work remotely from home, and my husband works from home on Fridays. We’re looking for someone who feels comfortable working in a home where parents may occasionally be around during the day, while still having the space and trust to manage the baby’s daily routine. Our baby was born with a cleft palate, which means feeding requires a specific technique. We will provide full training and guidance so our nanny feels confident and comfortable with the feeding process. Since I work from home, I’ll also be nearby if any support or questions come up along the way. Due to this medical condition we are looking for someone who is either a native English speaker, or someone who is advanced in their English speaking ability. However, more than anything, we hope to find someone patient, caring, and dependable who will become an important part of our baby’s life as we hope this person will grow with us. 👶💛 Responsibilities include: • Infant care (diapers, bottle feeding, bathing, soothing) • Age-appropriate play (tummy time, reading, talking, singing) • Baby-related tidying (bottles, laundry, toys etc.) ⸻ Requirements • Must love children, be trustworthy and understand child development • CPR/First Aid certified specifically for pediatrics - we are willing to pay for this training if not had ahead of time • Up-to-date on standard vaccines (including Covid, Flu, TDAP) • Responsible, punctu
