About this nanny job

We have a baby who is currently 4 months. We are looking for a mother's helper 2-3 times per week for 3-4 hours per day to help care for the baby, feed her, change her, play with her, and monitor her while she naps. The job would also include preparing bottles, washing/putting away bottles, and folding/putting away baby clothes. I (the mother) would be home a lot of the time but also may be running errands for part of the time. It is extremely important that the mother's helper is kind, warm, responsible, attentive, proactive, and has plenty of experience caring for infants.
