About this nanny job

I am currently seeking 2–3 reliable sitters to serve as backup coverage for my childcare needs due to my work schedule. I work in healthcare as a CNA and have a rotating schedule that includes long shifts (12–16 hours). I work a combination of weekday and weekend shifts, and my schedule requires early morning coverage to accommodate travel time and shift start times. I am looking for sitters who are dependable, consistent, and able to provide coverage as needed with advance notice when possible. I prefer a set rate arrangement rather than hourly, as my schedule is structured in long shifts. Additionally, I will need sitters who are willing to provide required information and screening verification through DHR as part of ensuring a safe and approved childcare arrangement, as this is connected to an ongoing custody case and reunification process.
