About this nanny job

This is a 22-hour per week hybrid childcare/home assistant job that begins Sept. 1. You must be punctual, organized, tech-savvy, warm, and a great communicator with both adults and kids. We have two creative and energetic school-age girls who love the arts, sports, reading, and writing. Each day, you'll start by spending an hour alone on laundry, tidying, dishes, shopping, or meal prep, before picking up the kids from school. You will take them to and from activities via public transit, supervise homework, make dinner, and sometimes supervise their bedtime routines. Must be a competent daily cook able to follow a recipe. Must be flexible to work paid overtime for date nights and occasional days off school. We will use Google calendar, WhatsApp, and other digital tools to coordinate household routines and tasks. Paid vacation days, paid sick days, and MetroCard included. Hoping for a commitment until at least the end of the '26-'27 school year. We are experienced and respectful household employers who prioritize stability. We will only consider candidates with references from current or past household employers.
