About this nanny job
Looking for an occasional weekend afternoon sitter for my 5 y/o son diagnosed with autism (turning 5 at the end of this month). Special needs experience would be preferred but not required if you're willing to learn! He's very silly and generally easygoing. Duties required would be playing with him at home, or can take him around the neighborhood to bike/walk/go to the local playground (2 blocks away). He's potty trained but needs some assistance in the bathroom with wiping. Not aggressive, has a good sense of danger/is cautious, sometimes has sensory/anxiety issues where co-regulating is important to help him calm down. We would generally like someone available 1 afternoon a week (1-4 pm or 2-5 pm, usually only 3 hours are needed but 4 is also fine if you want more hours).
