We're looking for care provider to watch our 4 year old boy as-needed. We're initially looking for weekend coverage to give us the ability to have occasional date nights, weekend days out, and potentially building up to full weekends. Our son has moderate autism so the ideal candidate would have experience working with kids on the spectrum. Our son is social and verbal, but has some delayed language development and can struggle with transitions or new routines. We're looking for someone that can slowly scale up working with him and our family to build trust and ease the transition to having a new care provider.Nanny job details
