FAMILY ASSISTANT / HOUSEHOLD MANAGER Plantation Acres, FL Busy family seeking a proactive, organized, and dependable Family Assistant / Household Manager to support both our children and household operations. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, works independently, and enjoys creating a well-run home environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Household Support • Daily laundry, folding, hanging, and organization • Make beds and maintain tidy common areas • Kitchen upkeep, including unloading dishwasher, wiping counters, and maintaining organization • Keep bathrooms stocked and organized • Monitor household inventory and communicate when supplies are running low • Receive deliveries, packages, and household orders • Run household errands as needed • Assist with seasonal decorating and household projects • Maintain overall organization throughout the home Meal Preparation • Prepare lunches and after-school meals • Meal prep for the family • Wash, prep, and organize fruits and snacks • Organize groceries, pantry, and refrigerator • Prepare weekly juices and wellness shots Childcare • Assist with after-school routines • Help with homework and school preparation • Keep children's rooms organized • Plan engaging activities, outings, and outdoor play • Encourage limited screen time and active engagement • Transport children as needed • Occasional evening or weekend childcare with advance notice Pet Care • Daily dog walks and general pet care QUALIFICATIONS • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Self-starter with the ability to work independently • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy • Comfortable balancing childcare and household responsibilities • Clean driving record and reliable transportation • Prior family assistant, household manager, or nanny experience preferred COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • $20-$30/hour • Every-other-week schedule • Week with children: approximately 30–40 hours • Week without children: approximately 15–18 hours Ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, organized, and sees what needs to be done without requiring constant direction.
