About this nanny job

Looking for a night nanny for 3 nights a week beginning the first week of January. Our baby is due Dec 9th and will be 3-4 weeks old. (Mon, Wed, Thurs is the plan for now). Looking for a 10 hour shift 8pm-6am, but also open to 9pm to 7am. Plus would be open to adding additional hours for date nights or evolving into a day nanny as the baby gets older!
