We’re a warm, easygoing family in Parrish, Florida looking for a dependable nanny to become a long-term part of our family. We have two sweet girls: a toddler and a young infant. Our home is organized, respectful, and focused on creating a safe, loving environment for our children. One parent works as a firefighter/paramedic with a rotating schedule, so our childcare needs vary month to month. We typically need coverage for approximately 11 shifts per month, with schedules provided as far in advance as possible. Hours would be roughly 12pm-6pm. What We’re Looking For We’re hoping to find an experienced, reliable caregiver who genuinely enjoys working with infants and toddlers. An ideal candidate is patient, nurturing, safety-minded, and comfortable managing the different needs of both age groups throughout the day. Infant experience is especially important, including feeding, soothing, naps, diaper changes, and supporting developmental milestones. Responsibilities * Providing attentive, loving care for our infant and toddler * Age-appropriate play and activities * Feeding and meal/snack assistance for the children * Diaper changes and basic child hygiene * Maintaining nap routines * Keeping children’s play areas and items tidy The girls will always be the priority. If there happens to be downtime during a shift, we would greatly appreciate light housekeeping help such as tidying toys, washing bottles, folding children’s laundry, or other small household tasks, but there is absolutely no expectation that this comes before childcare.
