About this nanny job

We are a family of three living in the Desert Ridge area of Phoenix and are looking for a dependable, caring nanny to help care for our energetic and happy 1-year-old son. My wife and I own and operate Raise Behavioral Health, a local mental health practice, and reliable childcare is extremely important to us so we can continue showing up consistently for our patients and families. We primarily need support on Mondays and Tuesdays, with occasional Thursdays depending on our appointment schedules. We also travel periodically and would love to find someone who may be interested in occasional dog sitting or pet care while we are away. Our son is active, curious, and enjoys exploring from activity to activity throughout the day. We are looking for someone who enjoys engaging toddlers through play, reading, outdoor time, and age-appropriate developmental activities. He is generally easygoing and a joy to be around. My wife works primarily via telehealth and is home approximately 90% of the time, providing additional support and availability throughout the day between appointments. We maintain a clean, organized, smoke-free home in a safe neighborhood and value healthy living. Smoking, vaping, or any tobacco/nicotine use while on the job is not permitted. Above all, we are hoping to find someone who is dependable, trustworthy, nurturing, and interested in building a long-term relationship with our family. CPR/First Aid certification, prior toddler experience, and strong references are highly preferred.
