About this nanny job
We are a welcoming family in Santa Clara looking for a nurturing, reliable, and experienced infant nanny to care for our 3-month-old baby. This is a consistent, long-term position lasting at least 1.5 years, with the strong potential for additional hours in the future as our needs evolve. Location: Santa Clara, CA Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (24 hours/week) Rate: $25.00 / hour Start Date: August 2026 What we are looking for: Infant Expertise: Prior experience caring for newborns and young infants, including tracking wake windows, managing nap schedules, and bottle feeding. Reliability & Communication: Someone who thrives on a predictable daytime routine and values open, proactive communication. Safety First: CPR and First Aid certifications are highly preferred. Vetting Requirements: We require a minimum of 2 professional childcare references and a cleared background check (provided via UrbanSitter).
