SAHM to a 2 y/o and 1 y/o current 9 months pregnant with twins. I will mainly need help with keeping both toddlers busy, entertained and prepared snaks while I take care of the newborn twins. main dates will be Tuesdays and Thursdays since my husband works early mornings on those days. additional help with dishes and picking up toys after kids play will be amazing. we are a mainly English spoken house so someone who speaks Spanish and or ASL would be amazing. I do own a German Shepard she's really friendly but she'll be place away while help is here. message me for specific times we could schedule.Nanny job details
