Key Responsibilities School Pickup & Transportation: Safely pick up both children from school and drive them to afternoon activities or home. Homework Support: Guide and support a Kinder and 2nd grader with their afternoon homework, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and with patience. Engaging, Screen-Free Play: Brainstorm and lead fun, creative, and physically active things to do (e.g., arts and crafts, board games, backyard sports, trips to the park) — we maintain a strict no-screen-time policy during after-school hours. Light Household Help: Prepare healthy afternoon snacks, ensure the kids clean up their play areas, and help keep the afternoon routine organized. Qualifications & Requirements: Driving Record: Must have a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. Personality: Enthusiastic, high-energy, structured, and genuinely loves working with kids.
