Looking for a kind, caring and experienced individual to care for my 8 month old while I work at the office or from home. Must love babies and be knowledgable of baby development. The baby's grandmother will be home but is retired and could use help/support. I'll have food ready for the baby and provide lunch for you if needed (unless you'd like to spend lunch away - that's also okay). I'd like you to make sure he sticks to his nap schedule in his safe sleep environment and gets outside when he's awake. We have one large very friendly dog and one small friendly dog. Both elderly. We also have two younger cats. One will hide from you and the other should be avoided. My mom will help as necessary but is retired and older and I'm looking to make the time she has him less stressful for her. You'll help ensure safety and routines. Plus play with him to help him develop properly. If you need to come late or leave early, we will be flexible because someone will always be home. I work 7 minutes away and can be home quickly for emergencies. Bilingual Spanish or Japanese is a plus. You can help by keeping the toys that are brought out clean and organized. But it's ok if that is left. The baby will need diaper changes but we'll give him his bath after we get home from work. We will also walk him in his stroller before and after work to avoid the high sun. The backyard has an awning that provides shade so he can get outside during the day without worry of the uv exposure. That's all I can think of. We'll work with you on scheduling, lunches and whatever you or the baby need.Nanny job details
