Hi! I am a mom doing things on my own with no family in town. They are very supportive emotionally with my two wonderful daughters. Jasie will be three in August. She is quiet but braver than her older sister Jenesis. Jenesis has a bright mind with an impressive insight into new concepts. They both love each other very much and get along well with each other. Jasie still takes naps and drink from her formalized bottle. Our weekly schedule is set with a few new additions that may happen if I have an appointment our meeting outside of my work hours. I’m open to accepting someone who is attentive to my children’s emotional and physical needs. We are all plant-based (meat, seafood, egg, milk, chicken, yogurt, cheese, cream, and butter free). I imagine someone showing my kids how to prepare simple foods that they enjoy watching and tasting. I don’t ever force my kids to eat but I do encourage them to eat their full servings once I find out what they like. It’s an ongoing process so I ideally need to have someone over that is flexible for arranging this modified diet. I start work at 7 in the morning which means I aim to depart from my house is 6:30am. I’d like for the nanny to arrive promptly at 6:15am and never run past arriving to the home past 6:20am. When I get home from work, I usually arrive at 8pm. I need someone who is modestly understanding that sometimes I may arrive later than 8pm and this is out of my control. I will try to pay you not only by hour but by minutes too. One way I arrange this is by having a sign-in and sign-out sheet paid on a monthly basis (usually the first of each month). I’d ask for the nanny to wash out major spills that get into clothes with dish detergent before putting clothes into the washing machine. I’d ask for the nanny to dry and put away the clothes according to where they belong. Jenesis will be starting school in August. She will need the nanny to wait for her when the bus arrives to pick her up and expect for when she arrives.
