Schedule】 Part-time: Fixed 3 days per week (specific days are flexible and can be discussed, e.g., Mon/Wed/Fri). Hours: Approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. 【About Our Family】 Located in Tustin. We are a sweet and simple family looking for a reliable caregiver for our 4-months-old baby boy. He is on a highly structured, predictable schedule and is generally an easy-going, sweet baby. 【Key Responsibilities】 Infant Care (Primary Focus): Strictly follow the baby’s established feeding, burping, and nap schedules. Duties include feeding (bottle), burping thoroughly (to prevent gas), diaper changes, and putting the baby down for naps (encouraging independent soothing; avoiding prolonged contact naps). Early Development & Engagement: Engage with the baby during his wake windows with high-quality interaction, including tummy time, reading books, tracking exercises, and basic sensory play. Light Housekeeping: * Wash, sanitize, and organize baby bottles, pump parts, toys, and baby laundry. Help with light household chores and daily tidying up to keep the baby’s active areas clean and organized.
