About this nanny job
I'm looking for a babysitter with special needs experience for my 4-year-old son on Fridays from 12-6pm on a consistent basis. (Role may also involve picking up my 7-year-old daughter from camp/school and dropping her home during that time). My son has a disability, so it's important to me that the person who fills this role has experience working with children with disabilities or an interest in learning. My son loves Bluey, music, climbing, animals, playgrounds and play spaces. He is non-speaking and is learning to use an ipad to communicate. He walks but has an unsteady gait, struggles with steps, and fatigues more quickly than other kids his age (so it's important you can lift 40 pounds). He also has epilepsy that is currently well controlled. Despite his challenges, he's usually a happy kid! If Fridays aren't free, Mondays may be an option too.Nanny job details
