Part-Time Nanny Needed – 18 Guaranteed Hours/Week – Castle Rock (W2) Pay Rate: $21 - $22 / hour (Paid legally via W2) Location: Castle Rock, CO Schedule: Mon, Tue, and Thu from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (18 hours per week guaranteed). About Our Family: We are looking for a reliable, nurturing, and attentive part-time nanny to care for our 5 month old baby girl. Our top priority is finding someone who can build a great bond with our baby, stay on top of daily routines, and keep her safe and engaged. What We Offer: * Guaranteed Hours: You will be paid for 18 hours every single week, providing you with stable, predictable income. * Child-Focused Role: Your only responsibility is the baby. We do not expect you to do household chores, family laundry, or deep cleaning. * Legal Pay: This is a professional, W2 position. Job Responsibilities: * Maintain regular infant routines (feeding, wake windows, and naps). * Engage the baby in age-appropriate play, tummy time, and reading. * Ensure a safe, clean, and supervised environment for the baby. * Keep basic baby-related areas tidy (washing bottles used during the shift, putting away toys). Requirements: * Proven experience with infant care. * Health & Safety: Must be fully vaccinated, including Tdap and seasonal flu. * Reliable transportation to and from our home in Castle Rock. * CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain). * Clean background check and excellent references. * Dependable, punctual, and a strong communicator.
