Part-Time After-School Babysitter Needed (Upper West Side → Midtown East) Warm and friendly family seeking a reliable, engaging babysitter for our wonderful six-and-a-half-year-old son. Our son is bright, kind, funny, and curious. He thrives with patient, enthusiastic adults who genuinely enjoy spending time with children and supporting their interests. Experience with neurodivergent children is a plus but not required. Schedule • Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays • Approximately 2:45–6:45 PM • Consistent position throughout the school year Responsibilities • School pickup on the Upper West Side • Accompanying him to activities, playdates, or the playground • Preparing a simple snack • Engaging in play, conversation, and age-appropriate activities • Helping ensure a fun, smooth, and successful afternoon Ideal Candidate • Reliable, punctual, and responsible • Warm, energetic, and engaging • Comfortable navigating NYC public transportation • Looking for a consistent after-school position in Midtown East Compensation $30–35/hour, depending on experience We welcome applicants with babysitting or childcare experience.
