About this nanny job

I have an unusual situation so please read through the description to see if this may be a good fit for you. I am a recently separated mom of two kids, ages 5 and 7, and I am struggling with their behavior as well as some of my own challenges. My ex and I have shared custody, but I’m temporarily unable to care for both kids on my own and need a second adult for back up - mostly to just help out with one kid while the other needs my attention, as needed. It’s been totally manageable for me when I have just one kid at a time, but having both is a challenge. It’s a really tough time for our family. I am figuring out how I want to parent on my own and trying to learn new skills. The most important requirement for this job is a nonjudgmental and supportive attitude. Because of the nature of this job, I would like to talk on the phone or over zoom before decide to work together. This is meant to be a temporary job, though I really can’t say how long it will be for. Hopefully not more than a couple weeks. Right now I’m thinking 3 days a week ~5pm - 10pm or maybe 2 weeknights and part of a weekend day. Which the days of the week should be consistent but I am flexible on which days.
