My baby will be around 4 months old, so we are looking for someone experienced with infants who is comfortable with feeding (breast milk bottle-fed), diaper changes, soothing, and following a flexible nap schedule. We'd love someone who is attentive, nurturing, and engaged, and who can support age-appropriate development (tummy time, interaction, etc.). I will be working from home, so I'll be nearby if needed. We are specifically looking for someone who is CPR certified, and it would be a plus if they are bilingual in English and Spanish, though this is not required.
